LEGAL SECRETARY 

Civil litigation firm, with offices in Huntingdon Valley - emphasis in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury, Estate Planning and Corporate Representation (including litigation), is looking for an experienced legal secretary.   

Must possess strong writing, communication and organizational skills and the ability to work independently.  Areas of practice include personal injury litigation, elder law, estates planning and collections.   

Qualifications:

  • Full knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Transcription from dictation
  • Familiar with Rules of Civil Procedure for local 5 counties, Federal Court and Small Claims Court
  • Familiar with Electronic Filing procedures
  • Experience with Time Matters and PaperPort a plus, but not necessary
