Our firm's attorneys initially meet with the Executor or Administrator of the estate, to fully explain the entire process, assist with the appropriate filings to have the Executor or Administrator recognized and then to move forward with the Estate Administration process. This process includes the identification, protection and marshalling of assets, the payment of debts and taxes and the final distribution to beneficiaries. Our firm prides itself on quick and efficient administration of an estate and we specialize in larger estates that contain businesses or other estates that may possess special problems or issues.
