A check in the amount of $920.00 was delivered to our client on April 5, 2013. Our client had not remembered signing the Release the day before. She never cashed the check.
Because of her continuing ongoing headaches and neuro-cognitive dysfunction, she sought assistance from several lawyers. Each of those several lawyers advised her that because she had signed a Release, she would not be able to take any further action.
